Plumbers are like the police, you only call them when you really need them.  Never mind that, David arrived when he said he was going to, and repaired my leaking water line in no time.  No messing around, no wasting time on the clock, he just got in and fixed it.  After that I knew who to call when I wanted a new shower fitting.  He did that in record time too.  A quote upfront which was honored when the job was done.

They fitted a disabled bath for my mother in my home a couple of months ago.  She is eighty nine and they looked after her as she wanted to watch them work.  They were quick and carried the bath and lift up the stairs with ease.  Not even scratching my paintwork.  The bath leaked once it was in, and they came back the very next day and sorted it out really quickly.  Mother was really pleased with them and invited them all back for tea.
